Discover the simplicity of our enhanced Click & Collect service designed exclusively for LBS Builders Merchants. Here's what you can expect:

 

Choose your preferred LBS branch for collection, where you can easily view stock availability. Postcode and location prompts can be found throughout our website. Not in stock? Click the Nearby Stock prompt to see availability at the nearest LBS branches. Any issues, just head to our Branch Finder.

 

Place your order effortlessly. Credit customers can review their available balance before securely placing an order directly to their account. Cash accounts and retail customers can conveniently complete their purchases using a credit or debit card.

 

Once your order is received, we promptly begin preparing it for you. Once ready, you'll receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready. The confirmation email will include essential details such as the branch address, contact information, and your unique collection reference number.

 

Visit the selected branch armed with your order confirmation and present it to our staff at the Trade Counter who will be happy to assist. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, ensure they have a copy of the collection email to present to our staff.

 

New to LBS?

 

You do not need an LBS Account to shop with us. Whether you're a seasoned trade professional or an enthusiastic DIYer, unlocking the benefits of using the LBS Builders Merchants website, and branch network is seamless. Click and Collect orders can be placed online, without an account, and they will be ready to collect within advertised timescales.

 

You can also register for a web account, simply head to the Create An Account section, enter your details, and verify your email address. By placing an order you can then enjoy the convenience of viewing your order history, invoices, credit notes and favourite products for future reference.

 

Simply add items to the cart, hit checkout, and we'll set to work.

 

Already an LBS Account holder?

 

For existing account customers, linking your trade account could not be easier.

 

Create your online account by hovering over the "My Account" icon and selecting Create New Account.

 

 

Register for an online account by entering the Primary email address we hold for you. Once submitted, we will send a verification link, your online account will only be created when the email address has been verified.

 

Once verified, head to the "My Trade Account" section of your portal and click "LBS Account Linking", enter your account number and the account linking will be complete! You can then browse the site to see your terms and pricing, place orders directly onto your account if you have an available balance, plus view and download invoices and statements.
